Cooking for groups
I just came across this recipe booklet put together by Petersham Baptist Church. It's fantastic! If you cook for large groups it's definitely worth checking out. It's very thoughtfully put together with helpful instructions and tips. There are 25 recipes, with quantities to feed about 90 people each.

the only thing is, how many ppl does it cater for? it doesn't say and it would be good to pare it back if our group isn't quite as big or to know if you need to increase the size...

The quantities are a bit overwhelming. 500ml oil, 25 carrots... I couldn't go on!
